Getting Started

We begin with an initial consultation to gather all necessary details, followed by unlimited communication through emails, texts, and prearranged meetings from the moment the contract is signed, and the retainer fee is paid.

Before the Wedding

Approximately one month before the wedding, we conduct a venue visit and meet with representatives to finalize details. We confirm all vendor arrangements, including reviewing contracts and insurance, at least two weeks prior to the wedding.

Details, Details!

We meticulously create a wedding timeline and distribute it to all vendors a week before the event, with copies provided again on the wedding day. A final meeting with the couple is held to ensure everything is perfectly in place.

Rehearsal

During the rehearsal, we organize the processional with the venue director and distribute the timeline to the bridal party.

The Big Day

On the wedding day, we oversee and direct the entire ceremony and reception, assist the bridal party, set up any client-supplied items, and ensure strict adherence to the timeline.
